What MyCardfolio is

MyCardfolio is a free, browse-only sports card database. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that collect personal information. We do not sell anything directly and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We show advertising via Google AdSense and the eBay Partner Network; these services may set cookies to measure ad performance and, in eBay's case, to attribute purchases made after clicking an ad. We never see individual identities from any of these services.

You can limit ad personalization through your browser's cookie settings or Google's Ads Settings.

Server logs and the MCP endpoint

Like nearly every website, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security, debugging, and rate limiting. This applies to normal page visits and to requests made to our public MCP endpoint (/api/mcp) used by AI assistants. The MCP endpoint is read-only: it serves card data and stores nothing about you or your conversations. Logs are not used to identify individuals and are not shared or sold.

Data about cards

Card data on this site is factual catalog information (years, sets, card numbers, player names) compiled from public sources including publicly visible marketplace listings. It contains no personal data about site visitors.
